American Elegy will be played as a tribute to the tragedy that occurred in the City of Oxford at Oxford High School.
This piece of music was written in 1999 in commemoration of the Columbine High School shooting.

We will celebrate the Juneteenth holiday... the day slavery ended in 1865.
Selected music was composed by African American composers.
A tradition of the FCCB has always been to recognize our Fathers on Fathers Day.

The Ferndale Community Concert Band is a diverse, inclusive, and multigenerational musical ensemble of experienced volunteer musicians from all over metro Detroit.
Its mission is twofold: to provide quality, challenging musical and mentoring experiences for the members and student musicians, as well as educating and entertaining the citizens of Ferndale and surrounding communities.
